LaVie ("the App") is a premium aesthetic photo editing app designed to let users instantly edit and capture aesthetic, Pinterest-worthy photos, including subtle film effects. Our main feature is AI-powered editing, allowing users to copy aesthetics from any photo and apply them to their images.

KEY POINTS OF OUR PRIVACY PRACTICES:

• We do not save your photos on our servers, except when you use the AI editing feature. In that case, we temporarily submit your selected photo to our third-party AI service providers, such as OpenAI or Google.
• Photos submitted for AI editing are temporarily stored by third-party providers solely to deliver editing results and are deleted shortly after processing.
• We offer only one paid subscription plan called "LaVie First Class."

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1.1 Photos for AI Editing When you select a photo to use our AI editing feature, your photo is temporarily sent to third-party providers like OpenAI or Google for processing. Your photos are never stored permanently on our servers.

1.2 App Usage Information We may collect the following non-photo information:

• Usage data including features you interact with, app version, preferred language, timestamps.
• Subscription status confirmation from the relevant app store for "LaVie First Class."
• Device data (OS type/version, device model, IP address, city/country location).

1.3 Customer Support If you contact us for support, we may collect your name, email address, and other details necessary to resolve your query.
